🧾 Job Title: Account Executive (Tally ERP + MIS)

💼 Experience:

1–3 Years (Hands-on Tally experience required)

🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Account Executive who has strong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, can handle Inventory, Sales & Purchase Entries, and is capable of preparing MIS Reports for management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
Handle Inventory Management & Stock Reconciliation
Pass Sales Entries & Generate Sales Invoices
Record Purchase Entries
Record receipt & payment vouchers
Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
Prepare and maintain MIS Reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)
Generate sales, expense, and stock reports for management
Handle GST working & reports
Manage accounts payable & receivable
Ledger scrutiny and reconciliation
Maintain petty cash records

🔹 Required Skills

Strong knowledge of:
- Inventory entries in Tally
- Sales & Purchase voucher entries
- GST entries
Experience in preparing MIS Reports
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS & accounting principles
Good analytical and reporting skills
Attention to detail

🔹 Qualification

B.Com / M.Com preferred / Any Graduate
Tally certification is an added advantage
