We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at at Mfolks Industries Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books
Manage sales, purchase, and expense entries
Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
Generate invoices, track payments, and follow up on receivables
Handle GST filings, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Maintain vendor and client ledgers
Assist in audits and financial closing activities
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
