Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling invoices, assisting in bookkeeping, and ensuring timely coordination with internal teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting records and financial data
Handle invoice processing, billing, and payment follow-ups
Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
Prepare vouchers, expense reports, and bank reconciliations
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation
Maintain vendor and employee payment records
Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation
Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial statements
Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records
Support auditors and finance team during audits and reviews
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Accounting & Bookkeeping
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Banking processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/ERP)
Good numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
1–3 years of experience in Accounts or Finance role preferred
Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply
Preferred Skills
Experience in Tally ERP or similar accounting software
Understanding of financial reporting and reconciliations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
