Accounts Executive

We are looking for Accounts Executive to join our team Medesta Healthcare Private Limited. Following are the job responsibilities :
• Maintain purchase and sales entries in accounting software

• Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and bills

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups

• Maintain GST records and assist in GST filing

• Maintain stock and inventory records

• Prepare basic financial reports and statements

• Coordinate with CA and management for accounts-related work
  
  Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles

  • Knowledge of Tally and Marg or similar software

  • Knowledge of GST and invoicing

  • Basic knowledge of Excel

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
    
    Qualification:

    • B.Com / Accounts background preferred
      
      Other Details:

      • Office timing: Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturdays 10 AM to 5PM

      • Working days: Monday to Saturday
