We are looking for Accounts Executive to join our team Medesta Healthcare Private Limited. Following are the job responsibilities :
• Maintain purchase and sales entries in accounting software
Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, and bills
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Bank reconciliation and payment follow-ups
Maintain GST records and assist in GST filing
Maintain stock and inventory records
Prepare basic financial reports and statements
Coordinate with CA and management for accounts-related work
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Knowledge of Tally and Marg or similar software
Knowledge of GST and invoicing
Basic knowledge of Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Qualification:
B.Com / Accounts background preferred
Other Details:
Office timing: Monday to Friday 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturdays 10 AM to 5PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday
