🔹 Key Responsibilities
📊 Accounting & Finance:
Maintain books of accounts in Tally (mandatory)
Handle purchase, sales, receipts & payment entries
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
Manage GST invoicing, returns & compliance
Track accounts payable & receivable
Prepare daily/monthly financial reports
Stock and inventory reconciliation
📦 Order Processing:
Process orders received from eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
Generate invoices and shipping labels
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for dispatch
Handle order tracking, cancellations & returns
Reconcile marketplace payments with orders
Maintain proper documentation of all transactions
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
Strong working knowledge of Tally (ERP 9 / Tally Prime)
Basic knowledge of GST & eCommerce accounting.
