Job Responsibilities

1. Costing & Job Management

• Prepare accurate job costings using Zoho Creator.

• Coordinate with finance and procurement to verify material and overhead costs.

2. Sales Documentation

• Prepare and issue Proforma Invoices for client approval.

• Generate Sales Orders after confirming job costing and client PO.

• Schedule approved jobs with production and track readiness.

3. Dispatch Operations

• Generate and verify dispatch documents: Final Invoice, Lorry Receipt (LR), E-Way Bill, Packing List (PL).

• Ensure timely dispatch documentation is shared with clients and logistics.

4. Sales Entry & Audit Filing

• Record sales in accounting/ERP systems like Tally or Zoho Books.

• Maintain organized filing of invoices and dispatch records for audits.

5. Marine Insurance Handling

• Maintain insurance records for shipments.

• Ensure all declarations and policies are correctly in place for every dispatch.

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Business, or similar field

• 1 years of experience in Sales Support, Dispatch, or Commercial Operations

• Familiarity with ERP systems, document workflows, Excel , word and GST compliance

• Strong documentation discipline, professionalism in email communication, and accuracy

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
