Job Description: Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable & Payments

• Process vendor invoices, expense vouchers, and employee reimbursements accurately and on time.

• Handle expense payments, travel reimbursements, and other operational payments.

• Maintain bank entries and perform regular bank reconciliations.

• Ensure all expenses are accounted for and paid before the end of the financial year to enable timely ITC claims.

Taxation & Compliance

• Apply GST and TDS correctly at the invoice level while processing payments.

• Ensure compliance with GST regulations, including proper documentation and tax accuracy.

• Handle PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax calculations, challan generation, and timely payments.

Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure high accuracy in data entry and proper documentation for audits.

MIS & Data Handling

• Prepare reports and reconciliations using MS Excel.

• Use Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables for data analysis and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

• Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).

• Good understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT.

• Attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
