About the Role:
Join our intensive 3-month corporate HR / Account training program designed to bridge the gap between college and your first corporate job. Gain hands-on, real-time experience in core Accounts & HR operations and secure a assured job placement upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and execute End-to-End Recruitment processes.
Assist in payroll processing, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
Maintain employee databases and handle onboarding documentation.
Understand labor laws and corporate HR operations.
TALLY/ GST/ Account Booking etc.
