Job Title: Accounts Executive – Industry-Specific Roles

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Accounts professionals for two industry-specific positions in Bangalore.

Role 1 – Accounts & Purchase Executive

Industry: Interior / Fit-out / Construction

Experience: 2–5 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts, billing, invoicing and reconciliation.

• Handle local purchase and procurement activities.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors.

• Source materials, negotiate rates and develop vendors.

• Manage payment follow-ups and purchase records.

Mandatory: Prior experience in Interior / Fit-out / Construction with hands-on Accounts + Purchase/Procurement experience.

Role 2 – Accounts Executive

Industry: Security / Manpower / Facility Services

Experience: 3–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts and payroll/salary disbursement.

• Handle client billing and invoicing.

• Manage vendor payments and reconciliation.

• Handle GST and statutory compliance.

• Support P&L and financial reporting.

• Coordinate with CA for audits and compliance.

Mandatory: Prior experience in Security / Manpower / Facility Services, with hands-on experience in Payroll, Billing, GST and P&L.

Important: These are industry-specific positions. Candidates from unrelated industries or candidates without the required industry experience will not be considered.
