Job Description

Accounts Executive – Job Responsibilities

Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., Tally Books).

Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, and payment vouchers.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Reconcile bank statements and cash records.

Prepare invoices and follow up on customer payments.

Assist with GST data preparation and filing.

Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.

Process employee reimbursements and petty cash.

Support monthly closing and MIS reports.

Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.

Coordinate with auditors, and vendors when required.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
