Job Title: Site Accountant

Location: Ganaur, Sonipat (Plant)

Experience: 5+ Years

Preferred Education: B.Com

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000/month

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Site Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations at the plant level. The role includes handling daily accounts, ensuring GST compliance, managing inventory reconciliation, and coordinating with the Head Office accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting entries (purchase, sales, expenses) in Tally/Busy

Ensure GST compliance and coordinate with CA for return filings

Prepare MIS reports for management

Perform inventory/stock reconciliation and support audits

Monitor site expenses and ensure cost control

Coordinate with HO accounts team and internal departments

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Accounting & GST

Hands-on experience in Tally/Busy & MS Excel

Experience in inventory/stock accounting

Exposure to manufacturing/plant accounting

Good analytical, coordination & attention to detail

Ability to work independently at plant location

Preferred Background:

Candidates from manufacturing / factory setup

Experience in plant/site accounting roles
