Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and bookkeeping practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and bank reconciliations

• Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records

• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for payment follow-ups

• Process employee reimbursements and expense statements

• Maintain ledger accounts and support audit activities

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions

• Support senior finance team members in budgeting and MIS reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles

• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software

• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts

• Good analytical and numerical skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in ERP systems is an advantage

• Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance procedures

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
