Working Shift: 9 to 7 (Mon - Sat)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant with 1 - 5 years of experience to assist in day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the finance team in various accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records
Record daily transactions, journal entries, and ledger postings
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Process invoices, bills, payments, and receipts
Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
Support GST/TDS calculations and filings (if required)
Assist during audits and provide required documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Coordinate with internal departments and team members
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
1 to 5 years of relevant work experience in Accounting
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, Zoho, SAP, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and organizational skills
