Accounts Executive – Job Description
Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities
Maintain purchase, sales, payment, and receipt entries
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial records
Handle bank reconciliation and petty cash management
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
Support payroll processing and salary-related entries
Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments
Ensure accuracy of financial data and proper documentation
Work on accounting software like Tally, Excel, or ERP systems
Monitor expenses and help in budget tracking
Maintain confidentiality of financial information
