Accounts payable and receivable, recording daily transactions (sales, purchases, payments, receipts), and maintaining the general ledger.
Reconciling bank statements and vendor/customer accounts to resolve discrepancies, and providing necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits
Assisting in the annual budget preparation, monitoring expenses for cost control, and helping with financial forecasting activities.
Preparing and submitting tax returns (e.g., sales tax, payroll tax, corporate income tax) and ensuring all financial activities comply with local, state, and federal accounting principles and regulations.
