Job Description – Account Executive

Location: Pushpanjali Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience and strong knowledge of accounting operations, sales and purchase accounting, GST, invoicing, and banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

Maintain and verify •sales and purchase records••.

Prepare and manage •Proforma Invoices (PI), invoices, and e-invoices••.

Handle •e-invoicing and e-way bill (EWB)•• processes.

Maintain and reconcile •bank statements and bank transactions••.

• Ensure accurate recording of receipts, payments, sales, purchases, and expenses.

Handle •GST-related activities••, including GST calculations, reconciliation, and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams for sales, purchase, billing, and payment-related matters.

• Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

• Assist with monthly closing and other accounting-related tasks.

Requirements:

Minimum •2 years of relevant experience•• in accounting.

Good knowledge of •Sales & Purchase accounting••.

Strong understanding of •GST and GST compliance••.

Hands-on knowledge of •Proforma Invoices, E-invoicing, and E-way Bills••.

Good knowledge of •Bank Statements and Bank Reconciliation••.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in •MS Excel and accounting software••.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate:

A candidate who is responsible, detail-oriented, and has practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations and GST-related work.
