Job Title: Account Executive

Location: pardi

Department: Finance / Accounts

Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive with 1–2years of experience to handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and journals
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare invoices and process payments
Perform bank reconciliations
Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities
Track expenses and assist in budgeting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting
1–2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance
Knowledge of accounting principles and standards
Hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, etc.)
Good command of MS Excel

Key Skills:

Team player with a proactive approach

Preferred Qualifications:

MBA (Finance)
Experience in GST & TDS filing
