Position: Accounts Executive Department: Accounts & Finance Experience: 1–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: [Mention Location] Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting activities, payments, statutory compliance support, and basic import/export accounting processes. Key Responsibilities • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities. • Process and maintain records of vendor/customer invoices and payments. • Assist with GST-related activities and ensure basic invoice compliance. • Handle TDS calculations and deductions as per applicable thresholds and requirements. • Maintain payment records and coordinate with internal teams for timely processing. • Assist with bank reconciliation and accounting entries. • Maintain proper documentation for financial transactions. • Support basic accounting activities related to Import & Export transactions. • Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, and internal departments regarding accounts and payments. • Assist in preparing reports and providing required data to the Accounts Manager/Finance team. • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents. Required Skills & Knowledge • Good knowledge of Accounting Principles. • Working knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP). • Basic knowledge of GST. • Understanding of TDS thresholds and deductions. • Basic understanding of Import & Export transactions/documentation. • Knowledge of payments and payment processing. • Well-versed in Tally ERP / Tally Prime, with practical knowledge of accounting entries, ledgers, invoicing, payments, receipts, and basic reporting. • Good working knowledge of MS Excel. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Good communication and coordination skills. Educational Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred. Preferred Candidate Profile • 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance. • Practical knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations. • Organized, responsible, and comfortable working with financial data and documentation
