Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Field Account Executive to support our Accounts Department with daily banking operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and be comfortable handling field-related responsibilities such as bank visits, cheque deposits, courier coordination, and document management.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit banks regularly for cheque deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.

• Handle courier dispatch, tracking, and collection of official documents.

• Collect, submit, and manage important financial and administrative documents.

• Maintain proper records of bank transactions and courier activities.

• Assist the Accounts team with documentation, filing, and basic administrative tasks.

• Ensure timely completion of field assignments and maintain professionalism during external interactions.

• Support the Accounts Department with day-to-day operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass); Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of banking procedures and documentation.

• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Honest, punctual, and responsible in handling financial documents.

• Prior experience in accounts, banking, or administrative field roles will be an advantage.
