Accounts Executive

Description

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.

• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and supporting documents.

• Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts regularly.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare financial reports.

• Inter and intra-branch coordination.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels.

• Conduct regular stock audits.

• Investigate discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

• Update and maintain accurate inventory data.

• Inventory management and supervision.

• Should have sound knowledge of GST filings, including preparation, verification, and timely submission of GST returns

• Ensure inventory (pharmacy & stock) handling complies with company policies and quality standards.

MCom (Master of Commerce)BCom (Bachelor Of Commerce)
