Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at at Damal Industries Private Limited. The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing daily accounting entries and bookkeeping

• Preparing MIS reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)

• Handling GST billing, invoicing, and tax-related work

• Maintaining sales, purchase, and expense records

• Performing bank reconciliation and ledger verification

• Managing accounts payable and receivable

• Preparing financial statements and reports

• Maintaining inventory and stock records

• Using accounting software like BUSY Accounting Software, TallyPrime, and MS Excel

• Preparing Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and dashboards in Excel

• Coordinating with auditors, vendors, and management

• Ensuring compliance with GST and company policies

• Maintaining proper documentation and filing records

• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities

• Analyzing business data and preparing management reports

Job Requirements:

A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 4 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
