Job Title: Accounts Executive (Sales & Purchase Focus)

Job Summary:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for accurate and timely processing, recording, and reporting of all sales and purchase-related financial transactions, ensuring compliance and supporting overall financial operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Reporting: Prepare and issue sales invoices, delivery challans, and credit notes; book expenses related to sales promotion; manage sales return records.

• Purchase Reporting: Create transfer purchase vouchers, book related expenses, and maintain purchase records.

• Financial Record Keeping: Accurately record all business transactions (sales, purchases, receivables, payables) in the accounting system (e.g., Tally).

• Reporting & Reconciliation: Generate sales/purchase reports, reconcile supplier/customer accounts, and assist with month-end closing activities.

• Inventory Support: Update stock records and check item displays as needed.

• Data Entry: Ensure timely and accurate data entry for all transactions. 

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Any Graduate (Commerce background preferred).

• Experience: Proven experience in sales invoicing and financial record-keeping.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (Tally), strong typing speed, and attention to detail.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
