We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Prepare and record invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

• Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.

• Manage vendor and customer accounts and resolve account-related queries.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other accounting reports.

• Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.

• Assist with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.

• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal departments when required.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable regulations.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related activities as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, or similar platforms.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Indian accounting and statutory compliance.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Good numerical and reconciliation skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
