We are looking for an Accountant Executive to join our team at AKGVG &Associates.
The role involves proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in financial reporting to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage daily accounting transactions including data entry, invoicing, billing, and bank reconciliations
•Handle accounts payable and receivable
•Process vendor payments and employee reimbursements
•Maintain general ledger and assist in closing monthly books
•Prepare and submit tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.) and ensure statutory compliance
•Support in internal and external audits
•Assist in budget tracking, cash flow management, and financial reporting
•Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions and records
•Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, clients, auditors, etc.)
