🏢 About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to manage complete accounting operations for a CA firm and three preschool centres located in Bodakdev, Prahladnagar, and Shyamal, Ahmedabad.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete accounting and bookkeeping for the CA firm.
- Handle client billing and track client tasks.
- Maintain accounts for all three preschool centres.
- Manage student fee reconciliation and pending-fee collection.
- Follow up with clients and parents regarding payments.
- Handle monthly accounts finalisation.
- Maintain partners' personal accounts.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Com / M.Com graduate.
- 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- CA firm experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to handle client calls and payment follow-ups.
- Strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
