We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team at . The role involves managing financial transactions of the organization, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Securely manage and back up financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should have good knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• General accounting and ledger scrutiny

• Bank reconciliation and vendor/customer ledger reconciliation

• GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation

• TDS computation, deduction, payment and return filing

• Accounts payable, accounts receivable and payment processing

• Finalisation of accounts and preparation of financial reports

• Import accounting, BOE reconciliation and foreign payments (preferred)

• Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel
  
  A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Applicants must have knowledge about accounting and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
