About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Based at our Dankuni facility, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate ledger balances, managing invoicing, and supporting monthly financial reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
• Day-to-Day Accounting: Maintain and update daily books of accounts, entries, and ledgers using Tally /SAP/ ERP software.
• Invoicing & Billing: Prepare sales invoices, monitor accounts receivable, track pending payments, and perform vendor payments (accounts payable).
• Bank & Account Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash entries, bank statements, client ledgers, and vendor balances on a regular basis.
• Taxation & Compliance: Assist in the calculation and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
• Payroll & Petty Cash: Oversee petty cash disbursements, log expenses, and assist with monthly staff payroll processing.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly trial balances, balance sheets, and profit & loss summary statements for executive review.
