Key Responsibilities:
Maintain daily accounts, sales and purchase entries
Handle billing, invoicing & voucher entries
Manage GST calculation, return filing & compliance
Maintain cash book & bank book
Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
Maintain stock records of raw materials
Prepare monthly financial reports
Monitor production consumption & wastage.
Maintain finished goods stock
Costing of cakes and bakery items
Stock verification & reconciliation with store department
Manage supplier bills & payment schedule
Maintain outstanding reports
Coordinate with purchase department
Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statement
Balance Sheet & MIS reports
Provide financial analysis to management
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Tally / Busy / Accounting Software
Excel proficiency
Attention to detail and accuracy
Educational Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / Graduate in Commerce
Note: Candidate should be from Food Industry background.
