We are looking for an Accounts Executive to join our team Company . Proficient in Tally, Excel and Email Communications. The role involves Sale and Purchase Entry in Tally . Maintaining Purchase and Sales Agreements. Develop Process and Procedures of the related work and follow approved process for the work. Keep all Ledgers up to date.

Timely GST Return Coordination to CA. Able to read and develop good understanding of GST Laws ensuring compliance with tax regulations are followed properly. Able to make proper report of the work and get timely appraised by reporting manager. Attendance and time management of own are basic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Draft for Purchase Sale Agreements .

• Sales Orders entry

• Tax Invoicing Entry, Einvoice , Ewaybill entries

• Purchase, Journal, Contra, entries properly.

• Maintain Customer wise Records of Items, Contract Price, Sales Orders and payment

• Maintain bank and cash expense related entries.

• Timely present the employees conveyance, transport and other expense for approvals. Maintaining proper records.

• Have knowledge of Imports and B2B Business.

• GST and Compliance to keep on highest standard in all actions.

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and budget forecasts.

• Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of tax filings.

• Audit financial records to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

• Analyze financial data to provide insights on the company’s liquidity and financial health.

• English Communication is must.

• Should be able to interact properly with the Finance Managers at our Clients which could be Top Companies in India.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is MCOM or MBA Finance with Minimum experience of 2 Years a B2B Process. Additionally, candidates are required to have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Additional certification (if any) is a plus. Applicants must have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
