Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate records.
Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, customer, and vendor ledger reconciliations.
Maintain proper books of accounts and supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Prepare monthly MIS and accounting reports.
Verify invoices, expenses, and payment documents.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments for account-related queries.
Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities.
Support internal and statutory audits by providing required documents and information.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial records.
Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by the reporting manager
