Full Time
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting and billing activities for a real estate company.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
Prepare and process invoices and billing
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain PO records
Handle purchase and sales entries
Maintain accounts payable and receivable records
Prepare payment and receipt entries
Perform basic bank and ledger reconciliation
Maintain proper documentation of invoices, bills, vouchers and other financial records
Prepare and maintain MS Excel reports related to accounts and billing
Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams regarding payments and invoices
Assist in GST-related documentation and routine accounting requirements
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks
Required Skills
Excellent knowledge of Tally
Strong command of MS Excel – formulas, formatting, reports, etc.
Good knowledge of billing, invoicing and PO preparation
Basic understanding of accounting principles
