🚀 We’re Hiring: Accounts Executive – Mumbai

Admin Bright is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive with a strong finance background to manage accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting with accuracy and efficiency.

📍 Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office)

⏰ Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Sat)

📊 What You’ll Do:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes

• Handle employee payments and reimbursements

• Coordinate for invoice clarifications, payments, and financial queries

• Ensure TDS and GST compliance as per Indian accounting standards

• Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

• Prepare financial reports and maintain records

• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial operations

✅ Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping

• Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel

• Good written communication and email drafting skills

• Excellent multitasking and time management abilities

• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Australian accounting knowledge is a plus)
