JOB DESCRIPTION — SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Position: Senior Accountant | Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 4–8 years | Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Final
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the complete accounting function, ensure statutory compliance, and lead the accounts team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting — journal entries, ledger, and monthly book closing
Prepare financial statements — P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow (monthly, quarterly, annually)
File and manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), TDS, and advance tax
Ensure full statutory and regulatory compliance at all times
Handle banking operations — payments, reconciliation, LC, and fund management
Coordinate internal and external audits and liaise with CA firms and tax consultants
Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage cash flow
Supervise, review, and guide junior accountants
Required Skills
Advanced proficiency in busy / Tally Prime
Strong MS Excel skills — MIS reports, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
