Responsible for acquisition of new customers for Saving & Current Accounts through field visits and business development.
Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, corporate activities, and market research.
Conduct customer profiling, understand banking needs, and recommend suitable financial products.
Maintain strong relationship management with existing and new customers to ensure high retention.
Ensure KYC compliance, documentation accuracy, and adherence to RBI & bank policies.
Achieve monthly sales targets including CASA balances, cross-sell of insurance, credit cards & investment products.
Actively participate in on-ground promotional activities, campaigns, and tie-ups for business expansion.
Provide post-sale customer support ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with branch operations team for smooth onboarding & account activation.
