We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive to join our team at 3i Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Kaimganj Branch). The selected candidate will be responsible for independently managing the finances and accounting operations of the Kaimganj branch — including day-to-day transactions, billing, filing, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all financial and accounting operations of the Kaimganj branch.

• Handle day-to-day financial transactions, billing, and invoicing.

• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.

• Ensure timely tax filings, computations, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Conduct periodic stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit/loss reports.

• Manage documentation, filing, and secure backup of financial data while maintaining confidentiality.

• Perform reconciliations and support other miscellaneous accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: B.Com

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates both may apply.

• Keen eye for numerical accuracy and strong attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Candidate should preferably be a local resident of or willing to work at the Kaimganj location.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
