Accounts Assistant

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Billing Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate billing records, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely processing of payments. The candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally and advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage invoices for clients using Tally ERP software.

• Maintain accurate records of billing and payments.

• Reconcile discrepancies in billing records and resolve customer inquiries related to billing.

• Ensure timely payment follow-ups and prepare reports of pending payments.

• Prepare and analyze billing data using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).

• Assist in preparing monthly billing reports and financial summaries.

• Coordinate with the finance and sales teams to resolve any billing issues.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for invoicing and payments.
