Accounts Assistant (Tally + GST + Recovery)

Talisman Awards | Charni Road, Mumbai
Full-time: Mon–Sat, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (Alternate Saturdays off)

Role Summary
Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally, ensure clean and timely entries, manage GST/compliances, and support collections/recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchase, bank, cash, journal)
Maintain ledgers, reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer) and documentation
Accounts payable/receivable and follow-ups for collections/recovery
GST compliance: returns, e-invoice/e-way bill (as applicable), records
Support month-end closing and basic reports for management

Requirements

Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
Diligent with entries, documentation, and deadlines
Good with follow-ups and recovery/collections
Problem-solving mindset; can coordinate with internal team/vendors/clients
Experience with GST compliances preferred
