We're seeking a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, ensure timely sourcing, and negotiate with suppliers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and analytical abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement: Source and purchase materials, goods, and services.
2. Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
3. Negotiation: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
4. Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels.
5. Documentation: Manage purchase orders, invoices, and records.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 1-3 years in purchasing or related field.
2. Skills: Negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Software: Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
