ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records and hospital financial transactions.

2. Prepare patient bills, receipts, invoices, and payment vouchers.

3. Handle cash, UPI, POS, cheque collections, and daily bank deposits.

4. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.

5. Perform daily cash and bank reconciliation.

6. Handle the TPA (Third Party Administrator) Desk, including cashless insurance processing, pre-authorizations, claim documentation, claim submission, follow-up with insurance companies/TPAs, settlement reconciliation, and resolution of claim-related queries.

7. Maintain OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Laboratory, and Diagnostic revenue records.

8. Assist in GST, TDS, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and audit documentation.

9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and MIS reports.

10. Maintain proper filing of financial, billing, insurance, and statutory documents.

11. Operate Hospital Management Software (HMS) and accounting software such as Tally Prime or ERP systems.

12. Coordinate with patients, doctors, TPAs, insurance companies, vendors, banks, auditors, and management.

13. Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.

14. Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies, statutory regulations, and confidentiality standards.

15. Perform any other accounts, billing, or finance-related duties assigned by the Hospital Administrator or Finance Manager.

16. Should have experience in TALLY, GST, GST FILING.
