Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounts and accounting records.
Enter sales, purchase, receipt, and payment vouchers in the accounting system.
Handle cash and bank transactions.
Prepare invoices and receipts.
Reconcile cash, bank, and ledger accounts.
Assist in GST filing and other statutory compliance activities.
Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
Coordinate with sales and service departments for billing-related matters.
