Job Summary

K Square Infratech and Interiors Pvt Ltd is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate must have sound knowledge of Tally Prime and strong fundamentals of accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally Prime

• Handle Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, and Journal entries

• Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash book, and bank book

• Assist in basic GST data preparation and compliance work

• Maintain invoices, vouchers, and accounting records

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and payables

• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities

• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: 12th / Graduate (B.Com preferred)

• Mandatory knowledge of Tally Prime

• Strong understanding of Accounting Fundamentals

• Basic knowledge of GST will be an added advantage

• Working knowledge of MS Excel

• Accuracy, discipline, and good organizational skills

Experience

• Fresher to 2 years of relevant accounting experience

• Freshers with good accounting knowledge and Tally skills are encouraged to apply
