Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to support the financial and administrative operations of our clinic. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing billing and payments, assisting with bookkeeping, and ensuring accurate documentation of all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain daily records of patient payments, receipts, and expenses.
2. Prepare and issue invoices, bills, and payment receipts.
3. Record financial transactions in accounting software and maintain accurate ledgers.
4. Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
5. Process vendor payments and maintain supplier records.
6. Verify and maintain petty cash records.
7. Assist in monthly financial reporting and account closing activities.
8. Coordinate with the clinic management and auditor for accounting requirements.
9. Maintain records related to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances as applicable.
10. Support payroll processing and maintain employee payment records.
11. Organize and file financial documents, bills, vouchers, and receipts.
12. Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience (healthcare/clinic experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or other accounting software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
