We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts, invoicing, payment follow-ups, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records for business clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices and credit notes.

• Maintain and update customer accounts and payment records.

• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding customer billing matters.

• Prepare account statements and financial reports as required.

• Record receipts, payments, and accounting transactions accurately.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation (if applicable).

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles.

• Experience with Zoho Books, or similar accounting software.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

• Good communication and follow-up skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• 0-2 years of experience in accounting, billing, or accounts management.

• Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

• It is a Full Time అకౌంటెంట్ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
