Position: Accounts Assistant
Location: Paschim Vihar
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily clinic accounts and billing records
- Handle patient payment entries, receipts, and invoices
- Manage cash, UPI, card, and bank transaction records
- Prepare daily and monthly financial reports
- Coordinate with reception and management regarding collections
- Maintain staff salary records and expense sheets
- Follow up for pending payments if required
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of bills and records
- Assist in GST, TDS, and basic accounting work
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of accounting and billing
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Prior clinic or healthcare experience preferred
Preferred Qualification:
- B.Com / Accounts background preferred
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply
