We are looking for an Admin & Accounts Executive to join our team at Adorn. The role involves managing financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Check & manage daily accounting tasks including payments, deposits, purchase and expenses.
Prepare And Manage Daily Sales Invoicing.
Balance/match bank statements and ensure timely completion of GST filings.
Maintain Financial Records On Tally And Physical Documents.
Create, Maintain & assess data on excel for other record keeping.
Keep Stock Register And Periodic Stock Taking.
Undertake Miscellaneous Admin Works,
Other Similar Works as per Requirement & Instructions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is B.Comm +.
Knowledge of using Computers, especially TALLY, MS-Excel & MS-Word are important.
Some experience of accounts & admin, particularly retail is preferred.
