We are a Construction Company , now having a project at ITC Zuri Hotel, Kumarkom , Kottayam, looking for an Accounts cum HR Assistant to join our team at Kumarakom. The role involves managing financial / Petty cash transactions of the site, preparing accurate reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations ,staff and Labour attendance, preparation of statutory registers,Enrolling in Pf /ESI , and reporting to Head office .The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Maintain Labour and staff registers
Job Requirements:
A perfect candidate for this role should have a keen eye for numerical accuracy. The minimum qualification for this role is 10+2 with commerce and a few years of experience
