Recruitment for the post of Accounts Assistant at AIILSG, Head Office
AIILSG, Bandra is looking for an Accounts Assistant to perform the following tasks:
· Record financial transactions, maintain ledgers, and process journal entries in account packages.
· Verify vendor invoices, manage billing and invoicing, track employee expenses, and follow up on outstanding payments.
· Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
· Maintaining Bank Reconciliation statements
· Prepare basic MIS reports, vouchers, and assist in month-end closing procedures
· Maintain manual reports of cash receipts, petty cash and cheques to be issued to the vendors
· Inspect account books and accounting system of the center
· Keep up to date records of advance settlement
Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Commerce (M.Com)
Employment: Full Time
Location: Bandra (Opposite Bandra Colony Metro Station) (Aqua Line 3)
Office Hours: 10.00 am to 5.30 pm
Holidays: All 2nd and 4th Saturdays off including Public holidays
Pick up and drop from Bandra & Kurla Bus Depot
Salary/compensation will be commensurate with qualification/experience.
