We are seeking a responsible Accounts Assistant to support the Senior Accountant in daily accounting operations, including vendor payments, accounting entries, and software-based accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Accountant in day-to-day accounting activities

• Handle vendor payment processing and maintain payment records

• Prepare and verify vendor bills, invoices, and supporting documents

• Pass accounting entries using accounting software

• Maintain accurate accounts data and financial records

• Prepare and update Excel reports for payments, expenses, and balances

• Assist in bank entries, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups

• Maintain proper filing and documentation

• Support during audits and internal reviews

Required Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of Accounts & Finance

• Hands-on experience or exposure to accounting software

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel

• Understanding of vendor payments and invoice processing

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Willingness to learn and work under senior guidance
