Accounts And Finance Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting

operations, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and support financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes and be

comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle day-to-day accounting operations including entries, vouchers, and

reconciliations

● Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records

● Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

● Prepare GST returns, TDS workings, and ensure statutory compliance

● Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

● Coordinate with auditors for audits and financial reviews

● Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

● Support management with financial reports and MIS

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred)

● 3+ years of experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role

● Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance

● Hands-on experience with Tally / accounting software

● Proficiency in MS Excel

● Good analytical skills and attention to detail

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
