Accounts & Finance Executive

Location: Koregaon Bhima, Pune
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

ABS Technoshield India Private Limited is an upcoming automotive electroplating company specializing in ABS Plastic Plating (POP) solutions for OEM and Tier-1 customers. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts & Finance Executive to support our growing manufacturing operations and project setup activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and ledger scrutiny.

• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, MIS reports, and profitability analysis.

• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and compliances.

• Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, disbursements, and financial reporting.

• Maintain fixed asset registers, project expenditure records, and inventory accounting.

• Support audits, taxation matters, and compliance related to PF, ESIC, and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and vendor reconciliations.

• Ensure secure maintenance, confidentiality, and backup of financial records.

• Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred.

• Experience: 2–6+ years in Accounting & Finance, preferably in manufacturing industries.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), and ERP systems.

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, and accounting principles.

• Experience in manufacturing accounting, project accounting, or inventory management will be preferred.

• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
